The color guard writes our own routines to suit our needs. Having to learn a new show every two weeks means we generally stick to using flags, although rifles, sabres, and other props have made increasingly frequent appearances in recent years.
The Color Guard isn't the largest section (saxes?), the loudest section (trumpets?), or the rowdiest section (tubae?), but we have a great time doing what we do and we definitely have the best game day snacks. :)
